Short Value Type

Overview

The Short value type represents an integral 16-bit number.

Definition

A Short value type is defined in the following manner:

signOptionalMinus sign indicating a negative Short value.
integral-digitsRequiredA series of digits ranging from 0 to 9. Runs of integral-digits can be partitioned by a group-separator symbol.
