Azure AD JWT Bearer Authentication

The authentication scheme equivalent to the default authentication schema of the legacy SCIM gateway.

As per Microsoft, this authentication method is not recommended outside of a development or testing environment. As such, this authentication scheme is not recommended and should not be used. The Secret Token authentication scheme is the recommendation when using Azure AD provisioning.
